I’m exploring affiliate links as a way to start earning a bit of income from this site in a way that doesn’t disrupt readers’ experience and to help keep The Collative going and growing.
As of November 2014, some of the posts on this site contain affiliate links. This means if you click on one of these links and then buy something from the website in question, I will make a small commission for referring you. The price you pay stays the same.
I only link to products and services I use and love myself (or occasionally, products my interviewees recommend – for example, if an illustrator shares the best tablet they’ve found for drawing) which I think you will love too, and always give my honest opinion on anything I write about.
I’m working with the following companies on this basis: Amazon, Creative Market, Etsy (via Affiliate Window) and Flywheel.
For transparency, affiliate links are marked with an asterisk(*). All other links on this site are regular links.
All content on this site contains the writer’s own honest thoughts and opinion. The editorial on this site cannot be influenced in any way. I don’t accept payment of any kind in return for a feature, except potentially in a clearly labelled sponsored post. For example, I will not add a link to a post, product or company to this site on request or in return for any type of payment or inducement. Please don’t ask!
I want this site to be a positive, uplifting and inspiring space. I wholeheartedly welcome and love receiving comments from readers who want to add to the discussion, help others, share lessons and experiences or offer an alternative point of view.
However, any comments deemed as hateful, rude, offensive or aggressive will be deleted, as will any spam.
The aim of this website is to share inspiration and ideas. I do my best to share things I think you will find inspiring and useful, but please note that the information provided comes without any warranty of any kind. It’s your responsibility to ensure that any tips, information, products or services mentioned meet your own specific needs.
